This constant evolution in our collection means that returned items would be swiftly replaced by newer releases, rendering them outdated within a matter of days or weeks. However, we do make exceptions in cases (where our providers inadvertently send the wrong item, size, or color to the client). Should you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us, and we will gladly assist you in ensuring that you receive the correct order.

As a result, the overall shipping process and shipping costs are influenced by the geographical distance between your location and the specific provider responsible for the chosen product. which means every product has a different shipping cost, and takes a different period of time to arrive you.
