To be eligible for a 30 days return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, original packaging & receipt. Please sent back the product to the address mentioned on the tag of the shipping box because we have different suppliers in different locations. We do not permit Customers to return the goods they have purchased in exchange for something they have not ordered.
Return and Refund Policy
Within 30 days, you can request a refund without giving a reason for receiving the wrong order or damaged item. If you return the sealed item(s), you are responsible for the shipping costs/ If the item is flawed or delivered incorrectly, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Product Eligibility Criteria for Product(s) Return
The item must be unopened and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
The item that is flawed, which means damaged, discolored, or otherwise not what was ordered.
Return Initiation Process
To initiate the Return process, please email our team at viberant.store@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving the package.
Please make sure to subject the email as “Return-Refund Order#” and mention your order number.
Your email must contain the necessary personal details, such as your complete name, country of residence, contact information, order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the justification for the refund. You may also submit a picture of the receipt.
Please send any damaged product(s), a copy of your order confirmation, and any accompanying damaged product pictures.
Once we have received and reviewed your email, our customer support team will walk you through the return procedure and give you return instructions.
